Shipping rates are based on the weight of the package if you order by phone after your package has been packed and weighed then your credit card will be charged the accurate charges for shipping so there's no over charging.
Rush orders should be placed over the phone or on our shopping cart and confirmed by telephone. Web servers sometimes go down so if you have a order that needs rush shipping please call us.

Check orders paid by personal or business check will be held for 7-10 days until your check clears our bank. Returned checks are subject to a service charge. If paying by check it should be made out.

Damaged Goods: Each shipment is packed carefully please keep in mind that your order will be dropped, kicked around through shipping in the rare event that your order arrives damaged call us immediately to start a claim. Please retain all boxes and packing materials at least 20 days for inspection by the carrier.
Due to sanitary reasons, we can not accept returns on fragrance oils or bath & body base, hand creams, milk bath base. We recommend that you purchase a sample to ensure your satisfaction.
